Are you similar to investment companies that make "pennies on the dollar" offers?

No - We make what we call "Fair offers". A lot of companies follow the "make a killing" on every house where Freedom Home Buyers (FHB), LLC works more on the "sell by volume" approach. This allows us to make higher offers and in turn produces referrals from happy customers.

How can I obtain financing? What if my credit is less than perfect?

We have a full time mortgage broker and can get you pre-qualified in less than 2 hours ! We also try and expedite the purchasing process - we have closed several purchases in less than 7 days.

FHB works with a variety of credit situations and can usually provide financing regardless of the circumstances.

Do you have references?

Absolutely - we have never had an unsatisfied customer and can provide references anytime.

If I contact you, will I be obligated to work with your company?

You are under no obligation to our company, until/unless you decide to accept our offer.

Will you still purchase my home if it's listed with a realtor?

Yes - we use Realtors approx 40% of the time. Obviously it is easier for us to make a higher offer when commissions are not present but realize everyone must be paid for there services when applicable.
