To tour one of our apartments, contact us at your leisure. An access code will be given to you, allowing you to go and view the unit with no pressure from office personnel. We prefer to allow you to make decisions based on your needs rather than outside pressures.

1 Bedroom/1 Bath Efficiency - starting at $80 per week

1 Bedroom/1 Bath - starting at $100 per week

2 Bedroom/1 Bath - starting at $125 per week

Rental Information

After completing the rental application, you can fax or drop all paperwork to Freedom Home Buyers, LLC. If the office is closed, please put the packet in the drop box or fax to 877-633-3688.

A current criminal back ground check for all tenants and co-tenants is required with application.

All rent and deposits must be paid before taking possession of your unit. If you decide to rent within Woodside Mobile Home Community, you are on a weekly lease unless otherwise noted.
