Located within walking distance of Wal Mart Shopping Center, Manor Apartments successfully combines convenience, comfort, and value. The 18 one- and two-bedroom units feature spacious floorplans and full feature kitchens and bathrooms.

To tour one of our apartments, contact us at your leisure. An access code will be given to you, allowing you to go and view the apartment with no pressure from office personnel. We prefer to allow you to make decisions based on your needs rather than outside pressures.

1 Bedroom/1 Bath - $140.00 per week

2 Bedroom/1 Bath - $160.00 per week

Rental Information

After completing the rental application, you can fax or drop all paperwork to Freedom Home Buyers, LLC - 1664 Hampshire Pike, Columbia, TN (across from CSCC). If the office is closed, please put the packet in the drop box or fax to 877-633-3688.

A current criminal back ground check for all tenants and co-tenants is required with application.

All rent and deposits must be paid before taking possession of your unit. If you decide to rent within Manor Apartments, you are on a weekly lease unless otherwise noted.
