Rental Information

After completing the rental application, you can fax or drop all paperwork to Freedom Home Buyers, LLC - 1664 Hampshire Pike, Columbia, TN (across from CSCC). If the office is closed, please put the packet in the drop box or fax to 877-633-3688.

A current criminal back ground check for all tenants and co-tenants is required with application.

All rent and deposits must be paid before taking possession of your unit. If you decide to rent within Breckenridge Apartments, you are on a weekly lease unless otherwise noted.
